Trained as a lawyer and seasoned across banking, management consulting, education, and financial empowerment, Dr. Diete-Spiff’s leadership is grounded in structure, discipline, and ethical clarity. She holds advanced academic qualifications, including a PhD from Ashland University, a DBA from Walden University (USA), and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. She is also an author, educator, and ordained evangelist whose work consistently integrates purpose with practice.
Driven by a lifelong commitment to service, she founded the Her Majesty Dr. Josephine Alfred Diete-Spiff Foundation, an initiative dedicated to empowering women and children through educational scholarships, food assistance, and financial support.
Internationally, she serves as Managing Partner of Miracle Leadership Development Services (USA), guiding families toward financial freedom.
